Art Founders is pleased to announce the publication of The Spirit of the Dragon:  The Art of Master Sheng-Yao, a unique study of Master Sheng-Yao’s (Master Shen-Long; Chan Sheng-Yao; 詹聖堯)  dragon paintings, and the multiple layers of meaning behind them.  Through a series of essays and numerous large full-color illustrations, the evolution of the Chinese dragon symbol and the important role that they continue to play in Chinese culture is revealed.  The book will debut at the Association for Asian Studies 2012 Annual Meeting in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from March 15-18.
