About the Artist:
Andrea Haraldsen (née De Athe) is a Toronto-based artist who comes from a long line of painters. Her work demonstrates her interest in the creative process itself, and investigates ideas of memory and familiarity. Her artistic practice is largely inspired by the memory of her grandfather, to whom she credits her artistic talent.
